Inquiry to delivery in six steps

From the first conversation through release and ongoing operations, we work the way a Japanese SIer would expect.

  1. Discovery & NDA

    After the first call, we sign an NDA and align on requirements, budget, and timeline.

  2. Proposal & estimate

    Team plan, rough estimate, and schedule shared within one week.

  3. Contract

    Sign as fixed-price, lab-style, or quasi-mandate. IP ownership made explicit.

  4. Requirements & design

    BrSE-led requirements doc and high-level design — written in Japanese.

  5. Build & QA

    Sprint-based delivery with weekly code review, QA, and demo.

  6. Delivery & ops

    Continued maintenance, operations, and incremental development post-launch.
