Bridge SE team expanded to 8

In January 2026 we expanded our Bridge SE team from 5 to 8 to strengthen our capacity for Japanese enterprise engagements.

Why we hired

Inquiries from Japanese companies have grown steadily over the past few years, particularly for lab-style and SES work that needs a dedicated Japanese-speaking Bridge SE on every project from day one.

New hires

• JLPT N1 holders: 3 (one with 5+ years of in-Japan work experience)
• JLPT N2 holders: 2
• Backgrounds in finance, SaaS, and public sector engagements

With the new team, we expect to bring new-engagement kickoff lead time down from ~2 weeks to ~1 week on average.
